Our Process

Reach out to us by phone, where we can discuss what services you are looking to achieve. Important factors to discuss would be the size of the project, style, location, budget, and time frame.

If we are a good fit for your project we will start with a no-cost consultation. We would meet and discuss in person more details pertaining to the project. You would have an opportunity to share with us possible plans, photos, or ideas. We would have a chance to better understand your direction. And most importantly, to better understand if there is a feeling of cohesive working.

Part of the Consultation Phase will determine if we will be involved with the interior architecture and the development of the furnishings. Or in some cases just one or the other.

Developing Design Concepts

This will vary based on the scope of each project. But we will organize and set a time frame that works best to your participation and the needs of the team. Often in the beginning, conceptual
drawings and designs are created to get your approval on the direction. Once ideas are approved then documents are created for the team to work with.

Architectural Detailing

We prepare renderings and to-scale drawings to construct all architectural components. As well as critical specifications for all attached-to-the-home pieces. In architectural work, we often have team meetings with the Architect, Builder, and necessary subs. The complexity of each design and participation of team members determines how often and how much we are a part of this phase.

Interior Furnishings

Designer develops design concepts and space planning, sources all interior pieces, creates drawings and details for customizing of furnishings, and of course specifying and sourcing of all other accruements to complete the room. We have a purchasing department that then handles the gathering of bids, preparing proposals, placing and managing orders, inspecting, shipping
and receiving, and lastly, coordinating the final installment of all items.
